The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.
The advantages of Horn antenna:
- Wide bandwidth: Because the horn antenna has no resonant parts, it can function over a wide range of frequencies.
- Easy waveguide interface: These antennas are very easy to interface to waveguide due to their shape, but they can also be designed with a transition so that a regular coaxial feeder can be used.
- Easy to make, simple design.
The horn is suitable for both transmitting and receiving purposes, especially suitable for EMC and immunity test measurements.

經濟部統計處今(5)日公布半導體產業概況,半導體業在我國經濟成長發展過程中具有舉足輕重之地位,引領我國製造業從勞力密集轉為技術密集導向,半導體業產值占製造業比重於2014年突破1成後,逐年攀升至今(2022)年1-7月之20.2%。受惠新興科技應用持續推展,加上疫情帶動遠距商機及企業數位轉型需求,近2年產值呈兩位數成長,2021年產值2兆8,427億元創歷史新高,今年延續成長態勢,1-7月產值2兆465億元,年增32.2%。
經濟部指出,「晶圓代工」為最主要的成長貢獻來源。依照產品別觀察,今年1-7月產值占比依序為晶圓代工(占68.2%)、半導體封裝及測試(占19.1%)及DRAM(占5.5%),其中以晶圓代工產值貢獻最大。
受惠5G、物聯網、高效能運算、車用電子等相關晶片需求強勁,終端產品晶片含量提升,高階及成熟製程晶片供不應求,加上漲價效益貢獻,致晶圓代工產值連續10年正成長,其中2020年及2021年成長幅度均逾2成,今年1-7月產值達1兆3,955億元為歷年同期新高,年增幅度擴大至39.9%。
半導體封裝及測試方面,我國有完整的半導體生產鏈,隨前端晶圓製造需求快速成長,帶動後端封裝及測試產業蓬勃發展,近年國內封測廠積極擴產及發展先進封測技術,加上國際整合元件(IDM)大廠擴大委外封測代工訂單,推動半導體封裝測試產值持續創高,2021年產值5,816億元,年增18.1%,今年1-7月產值3,912億元,年增21.3%。

DRAM受制於供需失衡導致價格大幅下跌,歷經2019年及2020年產值連續2年負成長,之後在疫情推升遠距相關應用設備需求,以及電子產品記憶體搭載容量增加,加上廠商持續發展先進製程產品,DRAM價格緩步回升,2021年產值1,815億元,年增22.4%,今年1-7月雖因市場需求走緩致產量下降,惟產值在先進製程占比提高下持續攀升至1,136億元,年增14.1%。
我國積體電路為外銷導向,直接外銷比率逾8成,出口值占我國出口總值比重2019年突破3成後,逐漸上升至2022年1-8月之37.6%,對我出口貿易發展影響程度逐年增加。2022年1-8月積體電路出口值達1,240億美元,年增26.5%,主要出口地區以中國大陸及香港占58.4%居首,年增23.0%,其次依序為新加坡(占11.7%,年增19.7%)、日本(占8.0%,年增35.9%)m
其中,中國大陸及香港受美中科技戰影響,加上疫情封控及景氣趨緩衝擊下游產品組裝產能,今年1-8月占比較2020年61.3%之高峰下降2.9個百分點,另馬來西亞受惠全球供應鏈轉移,帶動我對其出口快速成長,2021年增30.2%,今年1-8月續增58.2%,為前5大出口市場增幅最高。
經濟部表示,隨全球通膨壓力升高、終端需求轉趨疲弱,產業鏈庫存調整逐漸衝擊半導體業,惟高效能運算及車用電子成長動能抵銷消費性電子需求轉弱之影響,加上半導體大廠因應產業長期發展趨勢,積極強化先進製程領先優勢,厚植研發能量,預期全年我國半導體業產值仍可望續創新高。
